Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SneakerGuess ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Game

SneakerGuess is a free-to-play sneaker knowledge game. Players guess sneaker resell values, earn virtual points ("Kicks"), climb leaderboards, and may redeem Kicks for digital rewards. The game is skill-based; outcomes depend entirely on your knowledge, not chance.

3. Accounts

You can play as a guest (anonymous) or link a Google account. Guest profiles are stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear data. Linked accounts persist server-side. You may not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, leaderboards, or game mechanics. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency & Rewards

Kicks are a virtual point balance with no real-world monetary value. Kicks cannot be purchased with real money, traded between players, or exchanged for cash. Kicks may be redeemed for digital reward codes (e.g., Robux, V-Bucks, gift cards) when available in the Shop, subject to stock and eligibility.

We reserve the right to modify Kicks balances, reward availability, redemption rates, and the virtual economy at any time. Kicks do not constitute property and confer no ownership rights.

5. Not Gambling

SneakerGuess is not a gambling service. There are no paid entries, no wagering of real money, and no random-chance mechanics (loot boxes, draws, or similar). All gameplay is skill-based and free. Virtual currency (Kicks) is earned through gameplay, never purchased.

6. Age Requirements

SneakerGuess is designed for players aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play or farm Kicks
• Exploit bugs or glitches — report them instead
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse other players
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, ban enforcement, or anti-cheat measures

Violations may result in account suspension, Kicks forfeiture, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, code, and branding are owned by SneakerGuess. Sneaker product images and brand names (Nike, Jordan, Adidas, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. SneakerGuess is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sneaker brand. Product imagery is used for educational and informational purposes within the context of the game.

9. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of sneaker pricing data, or availability of rewards. Resell values shown in the game are approximate and sourced from public marketplaces; they do not constitute financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SneakerGuess and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of virtual currency or rewards.
